You Can Feel Better
Do you or your teen have these thoughts or feelings:
You worry about disappointing or upsetting others or you want to be liked so you do or say what pleases others even if it's not what you want?
You overthink most interactions with others, picking apart everything you said or did
You find yourself worrying about a lot of things and unable to control these thoughts
You feel irritable and easily annoyed. Do others say you over-react to things?
You find it hard to relax
You lack interest or pleasure in doing things
You feel bad about yourself, lack confidence, or feel worthless
You put on a mask of happiness to hide your true feelings from others
You avoid social interactions that are not mandatory (such as going to work or school)
You think you have a good life yet you don't feel happy and tell yourself you're being dramatic and "other people have it way worse"
You feel stressed or overwhelmed by responsibilities related to school, work, parenting, or relationships
You want to make changes in your life but don't know where to begin or feel stuck or afraid to take any risks
You're not alone and you can feel better. You may only see your weaknesses, but I will help you discover your strengths. Therapy can provide a safe space to discuss, explore, and understand your feelings, thoughts, and experiences while helping you grow in understanding yourself and others.
